Esty Roundup: Plugs, T-shirts, and a Mini Chewbacca

Sometimes, I just get addicted to stores. I spend hours trolling their sites, make terrifying wishlists, and then realize I have no money to spend on all the lovely wares. So, I figured, might as well make you kids suffer with me. Thus, a roundup: a short list of everything I've ever wanted from Etsy.

(For those of you who don't know, Etsy is a site where you can buy pretty much ANYTHING from independent sellers. I've seen people selling wedding dresses, vintage cameras, cupcakes...you name it. If you're willing to spend a little extra, you can usually guarantee that whatever arrives are your door will be high quality with a story behind it.)

Stupid tank tops are where it's at. Plus, I live in Boston, so I don't really know what this says about me.

After Sara's awesome experience with getting a t-shirt blanket, I've been thinking about one myself. I have way too many band t-shirts and some are slowly becoming threadbare. Along with trying out new ways to wear them, I'm going to see if I can scrounge enough to send in for blanket-ing.

Another thing I don't need: cute journals. But, I like the worn postcard effect and after all the cards I've sent to my parents, I might be able to make my own!

I've been thinking about stretching my ears for a while now (even though I don't even have my ears pierced...whoops) but once I do, I'm definitely getting these. How original do these look!? Plus THEY GLOW IN THE DARK.

Another thing I look forward to once I'm back in the states (along with non-pickpocket protected purses and cheaper Starbucks) is a pair of shoes that I can wear without fearing their ultimate torn demise. The canvas Vans I bought before I left are already tearing at the toes and I dunno how much longer they're going to last. Anyway, these lovelies fulfill my nautical bug as well as provide arch support. Hoo-rah.

I already have too many necklaces (and brought too many with me that I never wear) but these are just so subtle yet eye-catching.

Hobo mittens are the best. Hobo mittens with adorable stitching and a heart decal are even better.

I loved buying hair bows from Kaelah's own hair accessory shop, so I figured getting something from Holly wouldn't hurt either. Plus, hers are leather which is just weird enough for me.

This buddy I might actually get as a gift. Holland's birthday is right around the corner and even though we're all wound up in Castle-mode and I can't currently get her anything, this Wookiee might have a new home soon...
